Roughly 3 years ago the City wells were in desperate need of proper maintenance and service. Our production volume percentage was around 50% of capacity. We engaged in internal conversations to construct a comprehensive contract that would provide the equipment and services needed to enhance production and elevate long term use of life and services.
We immediately knew that AWWT had the level of service that would provide us a template for success. We addressed immediate needs to bolster production and then over the past 3 years have categorically addressed and invested into “down-hole” preventative maintenance and inventory to get the well production to 93%.
The thing that has stood out the most throughout the relationship is the confidence I had in their services. They stood behind their brand and name. They honored the contract and the level of services that I expected. They worked with the experience of our staff’s knowledge to find a pathway forward in every event.
Now we have quick turnarounds on failures or troubleshooting. We have built-up inventory to support those efforts. This has been done to orchestrate uniformity in equipment and build skills internally with our staff on the familiarity of the equipment being installed.
Chris Richey has been the project manager we have worked with throughout the past few years. His knowledge, experience and professionalism are commendable and a great person and resource to work with. Shawn Marlow and the Advanced Water Well Technologies team is committed to providing premier services and we look forward to many years of service.
